Cancellation & Returns Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before confirming payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order before the eBook download link is provided. Once the download link has been made available, cancellations are no longer possible.

If a duplicate purchase occurs due to a technical error, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

3. Credits & Refunds

Purchased credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Credits never expire and can be used for eligible products and services on our platform.

If credits were issued as part of a promotional offer, their use may be subject to additional terms.

In cases of accidental purchases or technical errors, refund requests for unused credits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refunds & Returns

Non-Refundable Items: Since eBooks are digital goods, they cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our discretion only in the following cases:

The eBook was not delivered due to a technical issue.

A duplicate transaction occurred.

The eBook file is corrupted or unreadable, and the issue cannot be resolved.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your purchased eBook, please contact us at info@maltaverse.com with the subject Support, within 14 days of purchase. We will assist in resolving the issue or provide an alternative download.
